In order to accurately collate information for the purpose of training and grading your final assignments/awards, it is often necessary for us to collect data that may be deemed sensitive (as defined under the Data Protection Act). In such cases, you will be required to consent to the collation of such information.

We undertake that the data we hold on you will only be used by those people who need to see it in order to advance your qualification/training and it will only be held and acted on with your full consent and knowledge. On payment of an appropriate fee, you have a right of access to the data that is held about you and, if necessary, have any necessary and relevant amendment made.
