LegTec Limited endeavours to provide or carefully recommend texts that are appropriate to the level of study that a student enrols to. These are provided through organisations such as ILEX Paralegal Programmes. As such, LegTec Limited does not and cannot accept responsibility for the standard and quality of these materials in relation to their content. Any and all such matters that relate to equality and diversity and any and all other issues that relate to published texts the content of which is beyond the control of LegTec Limited.
LegTec limited operates a policy of "roll on roll off" enrolment. This means that candidates may enrol for a range of provision at any time during a twelve month period. Consequently, a candidate's enrolment with LegTec Limited is for this twelve month period, unless otherwise stated. Any period beyond this twelve month period will incur additional tuition fees and, in some cases , registration, examination and enrolment fees. Candidates are also advised that, in some cases, a failure to complete a course within the designated time frame can result in them losing the opportunity to achieve the qualification they have been studying for.
LegTec Limited arranges for an external verifier to confirm the marks that have been awarded to candidates. Candidates are advised that, while every care is taken to ensure that the grades awarded are accurate and a fair reflection of the work submitted by the candidate, marks can be moved either up or down by the external verifier. Therefore, all grades and feedback given to a candidate during a course of study are provisional subject to final confirmation by the external verifier.
LegTec Limited further advises that we arrange for an external verifier to attend our centre once a year, usually in the June/July period. If candidates complete their course months in advance of this visit then nothing can be done to advance either the visit of the external verifier or providing the final grade. All candidates are advised that they should be aiming to complete all of their assignments for early MAY of the year in which full certification is required.
LegTec Limited is a friendly and supportive organisation to all of our
learners. Our staff treat candidates as they, themselves, would wish to
be treated. In turn, this means that we have zero tolerance towards rudeness
or abuse (be this oral or written) and in circumstances where such an incident
has arisen, LegTec Limited reserves the right to terminate the enrolment
of the offending candidate.
